microstructure information, such as phase composition, texture, grain size, density, pores and cracks, surface roughness, stress, chemical composition, and crystallinity etc.
It is an ideal supplement to in-situ optical geometry and thermal measurements and provides the most effective input for machine learning to real-time monitor the additive manufacturing parts’ quality.
